We have been in the signwriting business for 24 years. Phil started off with the paint brush, and has become a master at it. But as years went on, the traditional brush was overtaken by modern technology. So these days, along with handpainted signs, we can product vinyl cut and digital signs.

However, Phil still prefers to use the brush to produce many of his signs.

• Firstly, the cost of setting up is too much for a small business like ours, and
• Secondly, the hand-painted sign is making a come-back, due to the fact that painted signs last longer than the digital prints;
• They are also much cheaper to produce; and
• There are not many signwriters left who use the brush.
